    What you get, and how it works

    A free five-minute questionnaire that estimates your organisation's exposure to the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). You answer seven questions about what the system does, whom it affects and what your role is. The result is a readiness report: the likely risk level, whether an Annex III (Annex 3) area applies, whether you act as a provider or a deployer, and which obligations follow from that combination.

    The questions run in your browser and the result follows deterministic rules — no AI model scores your answers. Drafts stay on your device while you fill it in. To receive the full report you enter an e-mail address; that is the only gate — no account is created. The result is a first orientation, not legal advice.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is the self-assessment really free?
    Yes. The questionnaire and the report are free and no account is created. One gate exists: the full report is unlocked with the e-mail address you provide. Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox — it is never required for the report.
    Does the tool decide whether my system is high-risk?
    It estimates. Your answers are mapped to the structure of the EU AI Act — the Article 5 prohibitions, the Annex III (Annex 3) high-risk areas, the Article 50 transparency duties and the provider/deployer split — and the report names the likely category. A formal classification still needs your own documented assessment.
    What happens to my answers?
    While you fill in the questionnaire, drafts stay in your browser. If you submit, your answers and e-mail address are stored so your report can be produced and delivered; they are handled as described in the privacy notice linked on this page.
