Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when fees paid for the LandingRed platform are refundable, your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU, and how to request a refund. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

    Provider

The LandingRed platform is operated by AB Corporate Advisory S.r.l., Corso del Popolo 39/A, 31100 Treviso (TV), Italy. Questions about this policy can be raised through the in-product support channel or sent to the contact address in our Terms of Service.

    Pending final legal review

This document reflects our current practices and is being finalised with legal counsel. We may refine the wording, but will not reduce your rights without prior notice. For any clarification, contact us using the details below.

    1. Free trial

Trial access is granted for an evaluation period at no cost and without requiring payment details. Because no payment is taken during a trial, there is nothing to refund — a trial simply ends unless you choose to subscribe.

    2. Paid subscriptions and renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods at the price and cycle agreed at purchase, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not, by itself, refund fees already paid for that period, except where a refund is required by law (see section 3).

    3. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). For digital services that begin immediately at your express request, this right may no longer apply once we have started providing the service with your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost. Where the right of withdrawal applies and is exercised in time, we refund the amounts you paid for the affected service.

    4. Eligibility and discretionary refunds

Outside the statutory cases above, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, grant a partial or pro-rata refund — for example for a clear service failure attributable to us. Such discretionary refunds are not a guarantee and do not create an entitlement to future refunds.

    5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the in-product support channel or the contact address in our Terms of Service, including your account details, the relevant invoice or subscription, and the reason for the request. We review each request and respond within a reasonable period.

    6. Processing and changes to this policy

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance and will not reduce your statutory rights. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
